- Client files: Retained in accordance with Minnesota rules governing client file retention for legal service providers. We will notify you when your file is eligible for destruction and provide an opportunity to retrieve it.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to two (2) years from the date of submission, unless you become a client, in which case your information is retained as part of your client file.
- Intake form data for non-clients: If you complete an intake form but do not become a client (including due to a conflict of interest or scope limitation), your intake information is retained for up to one (1) year for conflict-checking purposes, then securely destroyed.
- Analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics and advertising platform data retention policies (typically 14โ26 months).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and professional retention requirements
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

8. Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy
Under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA), Minnesota residents may have additional rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their data, as well as the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling. Gogh Para does not sell your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.
9. Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can manage your cookie and tracking preferences through your browser settings (see Section 4.4) and opt out of Google Analytics tracking (see Section 4.2).
10. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, Gogh Para will notify affected individuals as required by Minnesota's data breach notification statute (Minn.
